I know second chance is something that doesn’t have to be offered to ticket “losers”/customers BUT to see states such as Minnesota or Mississippi do second chance drawings for each and every kind of scratch off they sell (right after the scratch game ends) multiple times a month they are drawing triple times the winners SD does. I promise you will be so disappointed in our state of South Dakota. The second chance drawings/prizes on the other hand are complete trash!!! Don’t believe me check out a few other states that also do Second Chance with scratch off tickets. Great job guys!! Everything and everyone can always make room for improvement (including myself) therefore I’m rather happy with the app itself as of now. Maybe this time folks will actually get to read it!! To the point the app needs some improvements and I honestly believe since my last review a month ago they have made a few.
